This appetizer I often cook for breakfast on weekends. While all wake up and wash, I have time to cook these tasty, fragrant, hot envelopes with a very juicy filling.
So everything is very simple. I cut the cheese into small slices about 0.7 cm thick. Small tomato cut into slices of thickness markedly as well as cheese.
Further, spread on a thin strip of Lavash width of about 15 cm piece of cheese and tomato.
I turn off the pita triangle and cut off the excess with a knife.
When all the envelopes in a bowl ready to smash the 2 eggs, add salt and pepper, mixed well.
Envelopes dip into the egg and send on a heated pan to brown on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Everything happens very quickly, in just 3 minutes and a snack ready.
