Cooking method:

Use a fork to knead the banana. Lightly chop the almonds in a blender (or chop with a knife).

Add the egg, honey and chopped almonds to the bananas. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add flakes and mix everything. We get a thick mass from which we can form cookies. The mass should not be liquid. If the mass turned out to be a little liquid, add more flakes until we get the consistency we need. Leave it on for 10 minutes to get the flakes wet.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.

We form cookies, as shown in the video.

Add a little sesame seeds on top, if desired. We send it to a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, until a light golden color.
