Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

While my weight very very slowly going down, but still goes on. And I'm glad even that. As I said on the scales yesterday was 86.2 kg. I needed to lose 6 kg to the weight I initially desired. Why I wanted it to 80 kg lose weight? Because this is my 80 kg weight at which I had looked more or less normal and feel good. Fluff I've never been.

But as they say - the appetite comes with eating time. And now I already want to lose weight over 80, namely the number 70 is supposed to my end result. However, the reflection in the mirror and my health, I think orient me.

I recently sent an interesting sign, it states roughly a must weight at my height and age. So it turns out that 77 kg - this is the figure to which I should aspire. I do not know on the basis of what data and who designed this table. But I think that is a very real and reasonable figure is obtained.

I move on to the menu.

For breakfast I had scrambled eggs in pita bread (150 g) with green tea - 390 kcal.

Later I drank more green tea and ate 130 g of cottage cheese and apple strudel - 130 kcal. The result was a little unplanned snacking.

At breakfast, I do not forget to take vitamin D and Biotin. Complex vitamins I finished drinking, I take a break.

After a snack, I went on business and the pharmacy (it is necessary to treat the injured leg, and then misses me a bicycle). Here you also happen that you do not notice immediately that something hurt, and then you can not understand and remember where, for example, a huge bruise? I'm here so often). Probably with the same bike he landed badly.

While limping Affairs took a few photos. Look how beautiful we all blossoms). Yet like me here on the one hand looked - the forest, on the other - such as private houses, but also with other civilizations - our huge LCD. Beauty).

He returned home for dinner. Well, when a pre-prepared something tasty for a few days.

For dinner plate bulgur with vegetables (250 g) and chicken cutlets with vegetables (225g measured out, but total eaten only one - 120 g).

Lunch turned on 285 kcal.

After lunch the work on a computer drank green tea with curd-apple roll (120 g) - 120 kcal.

All afternoon she worked and only looked up from the computer to prepare dinner. For many of my dinner seem strange. Often see in the comments (and even I once wrote for a long time), it is wrong to eat dinner soup or broth. Interestingly, and who established the rule and why should I stick with it, and my family, if we want soup for dinner?)

And you think about the soups? Eat them only at lunch time or whenever you want?

For dinner 200 g of chicken soup and 150 g of boiled chicken breast with herbs and rye bread (30 g) - 270 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1135 kcal.

Diligently drinking water standard. From physical activity until abstain due to an injury. But about 6000 steps still held today. Well, at least so.
