Add 2 cloves of garlic passed through a press to a bowl with minced meat, black pepper to taste and mix again all the ingredients, then beat the minced meat well in a bowl so that all excess air comes out of it and let it brew 20-30 minutes.
We take the required amount of cooked minced meat and form cutlets from it, which we then roll in wheat flour. Put the cutlets in a pan with heated vegetable oil at a distance from each other and fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
