Ingredients: Minced meat (pork + beef), Onions, Potatoes, Wheat flour, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Black pepper, Coriander, Zira, Salt

Cooking method:

Grate 1 onion on a coarse grater in a large bowl, then 2 pre-boiled potatoes in their skins without adding salt. Put 600 grams of mixed minced meat in a common bowl and mix well with your hands, after which add salt, coriander, cumin to a bowl of minced meat to taste and mix everything again with your hands Ingredients.

Add 2 cloves of garlic passed through a press to a bowl with minced meat, black pepper to taste and mix again all the ingredients, then beat the minced meat well in a bowl so that all excess air comes out of it and let it brew 20-30 minutes.

We take the required amount of cooked minced meat and form cutlets from it, which we then roll in wheat flour. Put the cutlets in a pan with heated vegetable oil at a distance from each other and fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

We cover the pan with a lid and continue to cook the cutlets on the minimum heat of the stove for 20-25 minutes, after which we lay out the cooked cutlets on portioned plates and serve. Bon appetit, dear friends!
