Sauce "Bolognese" - a popular Italian sauce, which can be prepared not only to spaghetti, but also to any pasta.
Ingredients:
500 gr. ground beef
600 gr. tomatoes in their own juice
5 small tomatoes
onion
2 sprigs celery
salt
pepper
5 Art. l. cream
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
3 tbsp. l. grated Parmesan cheese
basil leaves
Preparation:
1. Onions, peel and cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil.
2. Add to the onions and diced tomatoes with sprigs of celery leaves. Simmer all for 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring periodically.
Pour in cream sauce, salt and pepper. Stir the sauce and cook over low heat until thickened.
3. In another pan fry the mince in oil until tender.
4. Put in a stuffing slices of fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce ready.
Stir and simmer until all the tomatoes softened.
Dosolit to taste, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings.
5. Boil the pasta until half. They should be "al dente" - or very nearly dovarennymi. Fold the pasta in a colander ready.
5. Spagettti put into the sauce and mix. Or apply a portion of pasta with sauce, 3-5 tablespoons tablespoons on top, a la carte, a dish sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
