Cooking method:
Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Boil carrots until tender. (It should be very soft, we will beat it in a blender). Cool and clean. Butter should be at room temperature.
In a deep bowl or blender bowl, put milk, butter, chopped carrots and yolks. Beat everything until smooth. If you wish, you can add a little mayonnaise to the pate.
Put the finished herring milk pate in a container with a lid and refrigerate.
Serve chilled pâté with crackers, toast, or fill egg whites with it. Store herring milk pate in the refrigerator for no more than three to four days.
