Onion pancakes with chicken and cheese

Ingredients: Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Boiling water (cool!), Medium onion, vegetable oil, tsp salt, Stuffing:, Chicken breast, Cheese, Onion, Butter, Broth (if necessary), Salt

Cooking method:

Grind the onion in a blender bowl, add a little milk (from the entire norm), the process will go faster.

All ingredients must be at room temperature. Beat the eggs with a whisk, add salt, sugar, chopped onion.

Sprinkle flour in parts. Mix so that there are no lumps. Pour boiling water in a thin stream, without ceasing to interfere.

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. And you can bake pancakes. The pan should be hot, the first time you can grease with a little vegetable oil.

For the filling, I used chicken breast. Boil finely chopped. Fry the onion in butter. Add chicken, stir. To make the filling more juicy, add 1-2 tbsp. l. broth or water. Salt. Grate the cheese.

Stuffed pancakes: in each: a spoonful of minced chicken and a little cheese. Serve right away! Happy 💕.
