I made kiwi sandwiches for a New Year's table for a snack - I really liked it, a poached egg - one of my favorite breakfasts - I decided to combine these two masterpieces. #vacation

Poached egg sandwich

Ingredients: Egg;, Dark bread (I use rye flour);, Curd cream cheese;, Kiwi;, Salt and sesame

Cooking method:

Prepare all foods. Cut the bread in half (if you do not have such a large piece, then take 2 pieces to fit into the pan). Heat a non-stick frying pan, dry in a dry frying pan on both sides until lightly browned.

Kiwi wash, peel, cut into thin slices ~ 2-3 mm. thick. Bring the water to a boil, carefully (so as not to damage the yolk) break the egg into the bowl, as soon as the water boils, reduce the heat and pour the egg from the bowl into the pan.

Cook for exactly 3 minutes (I set a timer), after 3 minutes remove with a slotted spoon (during cooking, I remove the foam with a slotted spoon). Dried bread spread with cream cheese.

We collect a sandwich: on bread with cream cheese we lay out kiwi slices (you can add a little salt), a poached egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Ready
