A very tasty combination of the simplest ingredients. Until I tried it, I didn’t even believe that it could be so tasty)) Of course, the recipe is not new and it is familiar to many. But if you haven't tried it, I recommend it. Like it for sure!
HOW TO COOK:
The main ingredient here is chicken fillet. Of course, the taste of the salad is very dependent on the taste of the chicken. I usually make this salad with baked chicken. It is much more aromatic than boiled, and tastier!
You can just bake a whole chicken and take chicken fillet for salad. I don't cut too small.
You can bake chicken fillet separately in foil with spices. Then also cut.
And you can make it even easier and tastier - cut the chicken fillet lengthwise, beat off a little and fry in a pan in parchment (also with spices). It turns out very juicy and tasty meat!
I just grease a sheet of parchment with oil, sprinkle with spices and salt, spread the chicken fillet, cover with the second half of the parchment and fry in a dry frying pan on both sides. This is the method I use the most:
I add salted or pickled cucumbers to the chopped fillet. I cut them in much the same way as the fillet.
And another ingredient is onions. I take either white or red (it is important that the onion is sweet and not too "evil"). But, if there was no such onion, you can pour boiling water for a minute to remove excess bitterness.

This salad is delicious the next day. And it doesn't drip!
