To lose weight from 132kg to 69kg - I ate, not starve. An example of my slimming menu.

After many years of struggle with excess weight, diets, hunger strikes, breakdowns, zagorov, you can despair and give up on yourself.

For many, it is difficult to withstand strict food restrictions, it is difficult to give up many foods.

But it is much more difficult to carry excess weight, especially if the weight exceeds 100 kg and already has an adverse effect on health.

I have experienced all this for myself.

But thanks to the fact that at some point I decided to change my approach to nutrition and especially to losing weight, I managed to change my life.

With the help of calorie counting, I not only lost weight, but learned to control my diet so as not to overeat and not gain excess weight again. And maintaining a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates gives the body most of the substances it needs and has the best effect on the quality of the body and health.

My sample menu for the day.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs and a sandwich on whole grain bread (40 g) with boiled pork tongue (60 g). Green tea without sugar.

Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.

Sometimes you ask if I add sugar to tea or coffee. I only drink green tea and always without sugar. If I drink coffee (very rarely), then lately I've been adding a little sweet syrup (vanilla or salted caramel) to it.

If you can't give up sugar, just include it in your daily KBJU.

We spent Sunday at home. Autumn has come and I want warmth and comfort. I want to spend more time with my family, watch good films.

In the summer, we almost every weekend went somewhere for a walk, visited museums, estates, parks. And the weekend flew by unnoticed. Here's like Friday, blinked and already Monday. But there are a lot of memories and photos left.

Now, spending the weekend at home - at least you feel that they are two days off. I even had free time today, which I devoted to work in order to unload weekdays. I do so often.

For a snack I have an orange muffin (110 g) with 15 g of chocolate sauce - 235 kcal

The combination of orange-flavored muffin and chocolate sauce is something! Very tasty.

For lunch today, I cooked a chicken based on chkmeruli for everyone and cut a vegetable salad.

My lunch is 250 g of chicken breast and 150 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 20 g of sour cream 10%. I removed the fried skin from the chicken, I don’t eat it, but still the breast was saturated with sauce with spices and is very tasty even without the fried skin.

Lunch at 395 kcal.

Yesterday I prepared my homemade salad, it is not at all PP, but delicious and it seems to me that you can fit it into the KBZhU.

Maybe someone wants to try a salad, for some reason I rarely do it, only when my husband asks.

The salad is made in layers: finely chopped smoked chicken, a little mayonnaise, cheese grated on a coarse grater, tomatoes, chopped small cubes, mayonnaise, a tablespoon of poppy seeds (sprinkle over the entire surface), a bag of rye croutons and, if desired, pine nuts nuts. Let it brew a little and you can enjoy. The salad is mixed in portions, the croutons do not have time to get very wet.

And now, after the salad for the family, I still have a little smoked chicken breast, which I put on a salad with pineapples (recipe in a reminder).

Dinner - 300 g of salad dressed with sour cream 10% - 375 kcal.

The result of the day is 1425 kcal. B - 124, F - 63, U - 86.

Everything seems to be fine, only a little coal. But this was not the end of my meal.

After dinner I drank tea and decided that nothing bad would happen if I eat 20 g of bitter chocolate - 105 kcal.

When you feel like it, you have to eat it, so as not to pounce on this chocolate and instead of 20 g eat a whole bar. And I can already afford to go beyond the deficit. The main thing is not to exceed the norm.

Do you allow yourself to eat what you really want or do you hold on with all your might and do not exceed the deficit?

Of course, there are different situations. Those who are maintaining weight and are quite satisfied with themselves can naturally afford small goodies without overeating, so as not to return all the lost pounds back.

And I'm interested in how those who are actively losing weight and still go and go to the goal do.
