I only cook healthy food! Today I want to share a recipe that my grandma used to make. She called the dish "liquid potato", in the common people they call it that... Now it is called "hot". Kamu as he likes or is more accustomed to hear, call. And for our family, it’s more common to hear “liquid potatoes”. I didn't get any of the recipes from the internet. I take recipes that I cook at home, everyone. Only the base is taken from the recipe, and then on a flight of fancy. Naturally, all dishes are prepared without oil, fat, seasonings and prohibited foods. They can be listed for a very long time, it is easier to list what you can eat. Now back to our recipe.

" Liquid Potato" (" Roast")

Ingredients: meat, potatoes, bell peppers, onion, carrots, salt, herbs, bay leaf, water

Cooking method:

We wash the meat, cut it into small pieces and place it in a slow cooker, pour 1/2 cup of water, do not forget to salt. We set the extinguishing program for 1 hour.

While the meat is stewing, we prepare the vegetables. We clean potatoes, onions, bell peppers, carrots and then wash everything. We cut the potatoes coarsely, the onion into four parts and into strips, the bell pepper into strips, three carrots on a grater, we cut the greens finely.

The meat is stewed for 10 minutes, then add potatoes, water, simmer for another 10 minutes. and add onions, carrots, bell peppers and mix everything.

For 10 min. until ready, add bay leaf, herbs and simmer until the end of the program. Bon Appetit!!!
