I found a recipe for manna that takes only 12 minutes to cook (this is both preparation and baking): in this case, an oven and stove are not needed

Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to greet everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!

Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for manna - and in the fastest cooking version. Found this recipe on YouTube, and at first even doubted the veracity. But, I love to try and experiment in my kitchen, especially since all the products are available and inexpensive.

Such a manna is prepared for a maximum of 12-15 minutes, and it will not be necessary to turn on the oven and stove.

Also on my channel there are many more different recipes for baking tea, and some will leave links at the bottom of this publication.

Take a look - maybe you will rewrite something in your cookbook!

Ingredients for making manna:

Kefir - 200 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 170-180 g
Semolina - 160 g
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - time for pinches
Vanillin - to taste
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 120-130 g

And, we begin to cook ...

If you prepare all the ingredients in advance, and they are at your fingertips, the dough can be cooked in a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Pour kefir, melted butter into a bowl ...

... add sugar, salt, vanillin, break the egg and mix.

Next, we sift the dry ingredients - cocoa powder, baking powder and flour, also put semolina.

And quickly, just with a whisk, mix until smooth. In this option, you do not need to wait for the semolina to swell, you can immediately bake the manna.

We take any shape suitable for the microwave, grease with a small amount of butter, sprinkle a little with flour and pour in the dough.

We put it in the microwave, set the maximum power (I have it 800W) and a timer for 10 minutes. During this time, do not open the microwave door, and after cooking, leave the pie in the microwave for at least 3-4 minutes.

And now such a handsome man turns out! Everything is baked well, and surprisingly semolina swells to the full - which I strongly doubted. And now for me this option for making manna has become just a lifesaver - when there is nothing to serve for tea, I quickly bring such a dough into the microwave.

And before serving, you can sprinkle this cake with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate, or, as in my case, condensed milk. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
