Mix soft butter with sugar, vanilla and salt and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt or kefir of any fat content. I have two yogurts: natural and strawberry.
Mix everything with a mixer at low speed. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly each time. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and add to the main mass. Mix the dough, put it in a baking dish and evenly distribute it. I have a rectangular shape 26 cm x 20 cm. You can take a round one with a diameter of 22-24 cm.
I have frozen berries: raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Blackberries are large and very juicy, so I rolled them in 1 teaspoon of flour. Arrange the berries on top of the dough.
We put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, on the middle level, heating up and down. The cake is baked for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick. If the stick comes out dry from the middle of the pie, without traces of dough, then the pie is ready.
I sprinkled the cooled cake with powdered sugar and sugar snowflakes. Pie for winter gatherings is ready! We cut the soft, tender cake into portioned pieces and invite everyone to drink tea. Very tasty!
