Ingredients: Filling:, apple, Sugar, butter, Cinnamon optional, apricot jam, Dough:, egg, Vanillin, Salt, Flour, Vegetable oil, baking powder, Powdered sugar for dusting
Cooking method:
Peel apples, core. Cut into pieces.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar, cinnamon, apples. Stirring over medium heat, caramelize for 3-4 minutes. Add jam, stir and set aside.
Mix the egg with sugar, you can use a mixer at low speed, add butter, mix.
Combine all dry ingredients for dough. Gradually pour in. Mix first with a spatula, then with your hand.
Knead the dough not sticky to your hands. Wrap in a bag and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, almost identical. Put a large one in a form, 21 cm, flatten with your hand. Make sides 1.5-2 cm. Lay out the apples.
Grate the second half of the dough on top, on a grater. Spread evenly over apples.
Bake in the oven at 180°. 25-30 min.
Cool the finished pie and cut into portioned pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and... enjoy 🙂
