I suggest cooking pike in batter. Such a fish dish can be offered for a lunch meal, and it is suitable for an evening snack. We will prepare batter from chicken eggs, milk and flour. The batter from these ingredients turns out to be just excellent, because at the exit the pike in batter turns out with a pleasant tender crust - just a combination!

Juicy pike fried in batter in a pan

Ingredients: - pieces of fish (pike), - eggs, - flour, - milk, Salt, pepper, paprika, Sunflower oil

Cooking method:

Salt and pepper the pike pieces on both sides and leave to marinate.

Prepare batter - batter. Beat the eggs with a whisk, pour in the milk and beat again. Add flour, continuing to beat and at the end salt, pepper, paprika. Mix thoroughly.

Heat up sunflower oil in a frying pan. We completely dip each piece of fish in the prepared batter and carefully lay out a piece of pike in batter in a pan in hot oil. Fry the fish in batter on each side for about 3-5 minutes over moderate heat. The batter quickly seizes in hot oil, we render the fish piece in a pleasant golden crust.

Appetizing pike in batter is ready! We serve the fish as an independent snack dish on fresh lettuce leaves or “accompany” it to the table along with your favorite side dish! Enjoy your meal!
