And my present breakfast consisted of eggs in a pita Adyg cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (30 g) with butter (5 g) and ikro carp (20 g).

Green tea with jasmine and Vitaminka, an integral part of the breakfast.

All day I was in business and work at the computer, before the weekend so I have always, and making up to finish everything that has not had time to offload work from the weekend.

At the snack I had 2 apples (170 g), and measured out naves day itself rye bran.

The result undershot on 160 kcal.

Today I looked up from working at the computer just to cook tasty meatballs of chicken breast with vegetables. Now it is possible not to think especially of the menu when there are meatballs, just diversify side dishes or salads.

Lunch with vegetable cutlet (150 g), boiled buckwheat (150 g as a finished product) and tomato (70 g) left on 290 kcal.

Again craving for salty caviar prevailed over me for tea in the afternoon I did SEB sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with carp roe (20g) - 110 kcal - Only here I forgot to take pictures, so hurry to the computer to work.

For dinner without hesitation sliced ​​from tomato salad (120 g) and cucumber (100 g), its tucked 10% cream (20 g) and dressings patties from chicken breasts with vegetables (160 g).

Dinner came to 200 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1160 kcal. Drunk water norm.
