Ingredients: soft butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, egg, salt, vanillin or vanilla sugar

Cooking method:

Put soft butter in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, add salt and beat until smooth. Add the egg and beat again until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Sift the flour mixture into the butter mixture and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a layer 7-8 mm thick. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters. I have heart shaped molds. If there are no molds, just divide the base into equal squares, circles, etc. Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Try to keep a small distance between the cookies so that they do not stick to each other during baking. Roll up the remaining fragments of the test and also put them into action.

We bake cookies in the oven, heated to 190 degrees, at an average level, heating up and down. After 13-15 minutes, the cookies are ready!
