I offer to cook for New Year's table "Olivier" in a new way - with crab sticks. I really like this version of the salad, it turns out tasty, guests are satisfied, and then another recipe beg.
Preparation:
So, for the crab "Olivier" we need 3 boiled potatoes. Cut as usual cubes. Add 1-2 boiled carrots, 3 boiled eggs, 150 g canned green peas - here the ingredients for a classic "Olivier" is nothing new.
By the way, you can take the green peas frozen and cook it for 3 minutes. I so often do to "Olivier".
Now put in a salad 1 fresh cucumber. Salted or pickled, too, is possible, but with a fresh, combined with crab sticks will taste best.
In the classic recipe "Olivier" used meat or sausage. We will also be crab sticks - approximately 200 grams. We cut them into cubes as well. Then add a little chopped dill.
You can leave a salad in this way, but I still recommend adding a jar of canned pink salmon or salmon, in general, any red fish. Fish and crab sticks will enhance the taste of each other, and the whole salad becomes very tasty and interesting!
Salt and black pepper are added to taste, mayonnaise, and all our crab "Olivier" is ready! I recommend immediately bring to the table, because the cucumbers will allocate juice. Bon appetit, my friends and a Happy New Year!
