Soft tasty buns, a substitute for bread.
Ingredients: water, dry yeast, honey, salt, vegetable oil, wheat flour, wheat bran
Cooking method:
Pour warm water into a bowl, add dry yeast, honey, salt, vegetable oil, mix.
Add half of the sifted wheat flour and bran, mix. The dough should be kept in one lump and not spread all over the bowl. We spread the dough on the table, dusted with wheat flour and knead. Add flour if necessary. Knead the dough for approximately 4-5 minutes. The dough should not stick to the table and hands.
Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave to proof for about 1 hour. The dough should approximately double in size.
We put the rested dough on the table and divide it into equal pieces, punch down and form koloboks, and then put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
We put the buns in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick.
