Ingredients: Wheat flour, Water, Olive or vegetable oil, Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast
Cooking method:
Heat the water so that it is slightly warm. Pour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and dry yeast.
Pour in the olive oil. It will give a special flavor to your bread. If you don’t have olive oil on hand, then regular odorless sunflower oil will do.
Sift wheat flour of the highest grade through a sieve several times. Thus, it will be saturated with oxygen and the bread will rise well during the baking process. Incorporate flour into yeast mixture.
Mix, then turn the dough out onto a work surface dusted with flour. Knead a smooth and elastic dough.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. During this time, the dough should double in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down with your hands. Then form a loaf out of it, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking. Let the dough stand for another 15 minutes, and then bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
