Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
It seems to me that everyone already knows the secret of losing weight - a calorie deficit. Any method of losing weight is based on reducing food intake, what a rigid diet, what a hunger strike.
But all methods bring us different results, and this also applies to our health.
I realized one thing in a series of my diets. Only by changing your lifestyle and attitude to food can you achieve permanent results.
And the approach to achieving results must be rational, smooth and leisurely.
Each of us has our own calorie requirement, which is necessary to ensure our vital functions. And only a 15-20% deficiency from it will give us the opportunity to lose weight, eating balanced, tasty, satisfying and without harm to the body.
No rigid diets gave me such a result, but only led to regular breakdowns and gaining even more weight.

We had a beautiful sunrise on Sunday. I can't help but share the beauty with you!
I weigh myself every day now. I want to understand what's going on. How many I do not drink water to drive out its stagnation in the body - the weight is rooted to the spot at the same figure. Here is at least 100 g plus or minus. No!
More and more I come to the conclusion that I have a plateau. And so I wanted to weigh less than 70 kg by the spring... and then there was nothing at all.
But I won't give up! I have survived 4 plateaus and will survive it!
I maintain my deficit at 1300 kcal.
Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (55 g) with chicken pastroma (90 g) with green tea with jasmine.
Breakfast turned out to be 250 kcal.
At breakfast I do not forget to drink vitamins, omega-3 capsule. Now I drink a complex of vitamins and separately vitamin D. I accept courses.
I have already written about why I started drinking vitamins and continue to do so periodically.
After spending a long time on a calorie deficit, I began to appear some problems (both with hair and skin, and more serious) indicating a lack of vitamins. Has passed the tests - my suspicions were justified. I spent several courses on drink and the problems were gone.
Since my breakfast was very low in calories, I allowed myself a royal snack.
For a snack - 15 g of cashews, 20 g of 75% dark chocolate and 150 g of apple.
The snack turned out to be 275 kcal.
On Sunday we didn't even go out for a walk. Somehow it turned out that I worked at the computer almost all day.
By lunchtime I remembered that I had to feed my family.
The stock of last year's dumplings that I put on saves the day. It is a pity that they ended today. It is necessary to somehow set aside the day and stick more.
Lunch as much as 270 g (weighed frozen) dumplings and 20 g sour cream 10% - 380 kcal.
And why I haven't guessed for a long time to cook PP dumplings with whole-grain dough and low-calorie filling.
And my dinner consisted of 100 g of boiled buckwheat, 50 g of Korean carrots and 140 g of chicken breast with vegetables.
It turned out to be a dinner for 380 kcal.
And in just a day, I gained 1285 kcal.
I observe the drinking regime.
Today there was little physical activity, since I worked at the computer all Sunday.
I promise myself that I will free some of Monday for myself.
Already the Old New Year is on the nose!
