Lecho of pepper "Yum." Preparations for the winter

I consider this a universal blank, it can be modified to your taste. Lecho peppers for this recipe I liked it, perhaps more than the other options. All the products I already weigh in a purified state. Spices can change at their discretion. I use vinegar 9%.

  • Obtained from a given amount of 2.5-3 liters of finished product.

Recipe of lecho pepper

I pepper cut into small strips of about 5x2 cm.

Cut large onions and fry it in hot oil until light browning.

Fold tomatoes in a pan, to the onion and chop all the blender or mince.

Add salt, sugar, butter and boil for 5-6 minutes.

Add spices and pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then pour the vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.

At this lecho is ready, pour it into hot sterilized jars on, close the lid and turn.

Nestle something warm and leave to cool.

1 kg of tomatoes
pepper 2 kg
Onion 300 g
salt 1 tablespoon
sugar postakana
Dried garlic 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
oil 100 ml
Vinegar 60 mL (9%)
