Cooking method:
Turn on the oven at 180 C and start preparing the dough. Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
Add sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes at the highest speed.
Add sour cream, a pinch of salt, baking powder, sifted flour. We mix everything. The dough is ready.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Add a handful of chopped candied fruits. Mix until smooth. The filling is ready.
We cover the form (I have 24 cm) with parchment. We pour the dough.
Put the filling in the middle. We bake for about 60 minutes.
