In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

For breakfast sandwiches I wholemeal bread (60 g) with low-fat cheese (30 g) and chicken ham (50 g) under Jasmine Green Tea. At breakfast I do not forget to drink vitamins.

I predict questions about ham (unless it can be on proper nutrition, as well as sausage and other semi-finished?) Just remember that the sausage and semi-finished products, I do not eat. Well there are very rare cases where there is no other choice. And about the ham, I have once told you. The composition can be said perfect, I buy it in many of your favorite store. With such a composition the purchase ham is not terrible there.

Monday I as always the day cleaning, household chores that have accumulated since the weekend (the weekend I try to exempt from this routine, to spend time with your family better, take a walk, ride bicycles).

There can be no experiments in the kitchen). I had to cook the soup, that was enough for today, and all for a few days for lunch.

For lunch I had a soup with meatballs (minced beef with the addition of a small amount of pork, that it happened today).

400 g of the soup - 240 kcal.

Water and we have not given in the evening. It was necessary to make a dinner with boiled egg salad, cucumber (150 g), radish (100 g), seasoned soft cheese (40 g).

Remaining in a jar soft cheese just finished her later.

Dinner turned on 220 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1290 kcal.

Drank water rate (the rate of 30 ml per kg of body weight).
