Ingredients: Minced fish (I have coho salmon), onion, carrot, ground oatmeal, cream, salt, pepper, spices, oil vegetable for frying, For baked cutlets:, for lubrication: mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice (1:1:0.5), butter inside cutlets
Cooking method:
Fry chopped onions, carrots in vegetable oil, chop with a blender. Combine minced meat, vegetables, salt, spices to taste, ground oatmeal, cream, mix. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with heated vegetable oil under a lid on both sides over medium heat until cooked.
For juiciness inside the cutlets, you can add butter. For oven baked cutlets, I did the same. Forming a cutlet, put a small piece of butter inside each, rolled the cutlet in breadcrumbs. Baked cutlets on an onion pillow. To do this, in a greased small form, I put a layer of onion, cut into circles or rings, 5 mm thick. Put cutlets on top of the onion.
So that the cutlets do not dry out, I smeared them with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice on top. I baked cutlets in the oven, heated to 180 C, for about 25-30 minutes. Cutlets can be served with sauce, sour cream, ketchup, any side dish or just fresh vegetables. Both fried and baked cutlets are tasty, but baked cutlets are more tender, because fried cutlets have a denser crust. Bon Appetit! Link to video:
