#vacation This is a recipe for very appetizing and tasty donuts with garlic and herbs. And they definitely taste better than in the store. Homemade, fragrant, airy - what else can I say?! - save and prepare. I look forward to your reactions ♥️ and photo reviews 📷. Cooking together 👩🏻🍳
Ingredients: For dough, premium flour (sift), sugar, salt, odorless olive oil or sunflower oil, water (warm drinking), dry instant yeast, For garlic filling, olive oil, garlic (to taste), salt, dill sprigs (to taste), hot boiled water
Cooking method:
Pour the yeast with warm drinking water and leave for 5-10 minutes so that they react.
Sift flour into a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Mix. Make a well in the center and pour over the yeast mixture. Add olive or sunflower oil.
Mix with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands. Knead for about 5 minutes. In the process of kneading the dough, you can add a little flour. The finished dough does not stick to hands, keeps its shape and is "alive".
Grease the toe with a little olive oil. Put the dough and cover with a towel or cling film. Send to a dark and warm place. A microwave works well for this.
After an hour and a half, we take out the dough. It should double in size. Divide it into 9 equal parts and roll into balls. The amount depends on the form in which you will bake.
Grease the mold with a little olive oil. Lay out the dough balls. Cover with a towel or cling film and send again to approach in a dark and warm place for 40 minutes -1 hour.
We heat the oven to 190 degrees and bake donuts for about 30-35 minutes. The top should be ruddy. The time depends on the specifics of your oven.
5 minutes before the donuts are ready, we make the filling.
Grind the garlic in a mortar or through a garlic press. Add salt and olive oil to it. Fill with hot drinking water. Mix. Chop the dill and add to the mixture. Mix again. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
We take out our donuts and let them cool a little (5 minutes).
Pour in the filling with garlic and herbs. Cover with cling film and let soak for 10 minutes. We're filming.
Good appetite!
