Ingredients: Poppy, Raisins, Water, Apples, Sugar, Vanilla sugar, Butter, Puff pastry without yeast, Egg
Cooking method:
Wash the raisins first. Pour the raisins and poppy seeds into a saucepan. Add water. Send to cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Peel apples, remove grains. Finely chop the apples. Pour the apples into the skillet. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Carcasses apples in sugar for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into a colander or sieve to drain excess moisture. Pass poppy seeds with raisins through a fine sieve (or gauze) so that all moisture is gone. Add apples to poppy filling. Mix.
Roll out the finished yeast-free puff pastry on parchment paper. Stepping back a couple of centimeters from the top and around the edges, put the filling on the dough. Using parchment paper, roll the dough into a log. Pinch the edges. Lay the roll seam side down. Transfer the roll with parchment paper to a baking sheet.
Make diagonal shallow cuts along and across the top of the roll. Whisk an egg. Lubricate the roll. Bake the roll in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cooked. Leave the finished roll to cool for 15 minutes. Roll with poppy seeds and apples on puff pastry is ready!
