Ingredients: Cottage cheese, Egg, Sugar, Salt, Kefir, Sour cream, Butter, Vegetable oil, Flour, Baking powder, For the filling:, Mashed potatoes, Hard cheese, Dill

Cooking method:

In a blender, beat cottage cheese, egg, sour cream, kefir, salt, sugar into a homogeneous mass. Add melted butter and vegetable oil. Mix. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Quickly knead a very soft, slightly sticky dough.

Put 2/3 of the dough into a mold, knead it with your hands, creating sides 2 cm high. Put the filling into the resulting bowl from the dough. Cover with the remaining dough. Pinch the edges. I smeared the top of the pie with sour cream and sprinkled with a little grated cheese.

For the filling, mix the puree with grated cheese and finely chopped dill.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 40 minutes. BON APPETIT.
