Ingredients: puff pastry, minced meat (I have turkey), carrots, medium onion, medium bell pepper, celery, tomato paste, cream from 30%, salt, pepper to taste, paprika, Provence herbs (thyme, rosemary), olive butter
Cooking method:
1. Cut the onion, carrot, bell pepper and celery into small cubes. 2. Saute the onion over medium heat, then add all the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Add the minced meat to the vegetables, mix and fry until tender.
4. Add salt, pepper, paprika and stir. 5. As soon as the meat is ready, add the tomato paste and simmer for a couple of minutes, then pour in the cream, Provence herbs and simmer until the sauce thickens (literally 2-3 minutes). We take it off the fire. 6. We roll out one layer of dough along the diameter of our form and lay out the bottom (I did not grease the form with anything).
7. We spread the filling along with the sauce, distribute everything evenly. 8. From the second layer of dough, roll out the layer in shape and use stencils to make patterns. 9. Cover the cake, pinch the edges and put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
