Today we have mung bean soup. Mash is a bean product (cereal). Mash is a product widely known in vegetarian circles. It is also well known to those who adhere to a healthy diet, without reference to vegan and vegetarian principles. Another name for this "pea" is mung bean. They are famous for their benefits to the body, rich, pleasant taste, as well as the ability to cook a wide variety of dishes. The benefits of mung bean are interesting to all adherents of a healthy lifestyle. Eating mung beans benefits all parts of the body. It is worth noting the following positive properties of this product: stabilizes metabolic processes; improves the functioning of the hematopoietic system; increases efficiency; beneficial effect on bowel function; maintains kidney health; has a positive effect on the health of the musculoskeletal corset; increases tissue elasticity; has a preventive effect on the organs of vision; stimulates the brain. But I want to note that I cook march soup extremely rarely, since legumes are not desirable with our disease. But for a change, once every half a year I cook even then, not during an exacerbation.
Ingredients: Meat, Water, Mash, Onion, Potato
Cooking method:
We wash the meat and put it in a saucepan with water, put it on a large fire and wait for it to boil. After boiling, we reduce the gas, remove the foam and salt the broth. My meat is lean pork (if fat gets somewhere or I cut off the layers), the meat is cooked for 40 minutes.
After I add onions, potatoes and mung bean at the same time. Cook another 20-30 minutes. and turn off the gas. Bon Appetit!!!
