For lunch I had, alas, the last of the chicken breast patties with cheese (160 g), buckwheat (155 g ready for use) and radish (30 g) and cucumber (60 g).
Lunch came to 380 kcal.
Since my inspiration has given me to work in the morning, I was able to finish all that was.
And free time devoted to active recreation - biking.
Ride one and a half hours after inhaling the fresh forest air and, of course, a little burned calories.
My dinner today consisted of vegetable salad cucumber, tomato, radish (only 340 g of vegetables), seasoned with sour cream 10% (25g).
And a few hours before going to bed, I drank yogurt with cinnamon (200 g).
Turned dinner (along with yogurt) in 200 kcal.
Total accumulated per day 1220 kcal.
I also cooked oat banana cake for tomorrow, and of course I had to try it. A tiny piece of tried, I think 1300 was entered.
What can I say - a calorie deficit support, recreation - a bike today was present, the rate of water is drunk.
