Cooking method:
Soak white stale bread in cream or milk, pass through a meat grinder, mix with minced meat. Add egg, salt, pepper. Knead the minced meat until it begins to move away from the hands and the walls of the dish. For the filling, finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and green onions, cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Mix cucumbers with onions and eggs. Put a little stuffing on the minced meat cake (I make large zrazy with 1 tbsp. l. fillings). Pinch the edges, giving the zrazy an oblong shape.
Roll zrazy in semolina or breadcrumbs. Put the zrazy on a board and refrigerate for an hour. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the zrazy until cooked. Or fry so that only the crust grabs, then put the zrazy on a baking sheet and bring to readiness at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.. Serve with any favorite side dish or just vegetables.
