Losing excess weight is now much more comfortable than before. After all, science does not stand still and it has long been proven that weight loss depends on the calorie content of the diet.
Previously, many were stopped by hunger, tasteless food, small portions. But now, when counting calories, you can eat tasty, satisfying, varied, balanced and at the same time slim!
That is, with a minimum calorie deficit, you will achieve results.
Unless you interfere with yourself and take the chance.
And we interfere with ourselves very often. I noticed that one of the main problems is high expectations.
I will give an example of a comment so as not to be unfounded.
That is:
- a person ate only 300-500 kcal less than usual (and this is not such a big deficit).
- a person has serious health problems, which are probably also exacerbated by being overweight.
- a person received a result of minus 3 kg, albeit in 3 months (we omit the questions here: was the calorie count correct and the result could have been better), with a minimum of effort.
And under all the existing conditions, he considers everything useless and frivolous.
Indeed, it is much better to do nothing, gain weight further and only aggravate your current condition.
And the other person in this situation will be delighted with such a result, feel light, inspired and will continue further. He will reach his goal, if not in a year, but in two. But every month he will be more comfortable, easier, and health problems will be less and less disturbing.
Feel the difference? Just imagine what will happen to you in two years if you choose the path "everything is useless" and what will happen if you act, and at least slowly but surely go towards your goal.
Think about the example I have given if it suddenly seems that everything is useless.

For breakfast, I ate sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (90 g) with 30 g of curd cheese and 90 g of salted trout. She also drank coffee with milk (65 g) and 1 sachet of sakhzam.
Breakfast went to 535 kcal.
In the reminder of recipes today, baked cheesecakes with banana filling and an open meat pie:
In the afternoon I had a bite of persimmon (300 g) - 200 kcal.
I love small persimmons, but in the store I only got a large one at an affordable price. I ate one such large persimmon and immediately carbohydrates skyrocketed in a day, but I don’t like it that way.
For lunch, I baked chicken drumsticks in a tomato-mustard marinade, boiled buckwheat.
My lunch: 120 g of boiled buckwheat, 120 g of chicken drumstick (the weight of pure meat, without skin and bones that are not edible). And also added 120 g of sweet pepper to dinner.
Lunch went out 425 kcal.
And for dinner, I ate 200 g of vinaigrette, seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil, 100 g of baked chicken drumstick meat - 370 kcal.
And in the evening 150 g of yogurt - 110 kcal.
The result of the day is 1640 kcal. B - 104, F - 70, U - 148.
All my free time (which I now have very little on weekends) I read your comments on the article with control weighing. There were so many of them that I could miss some important questions - sorry if I didn’t see someone.
