The recipe is universal. The ingredients can be changed to your liking.
I often cook these "pots" on holidays. Continuous benefits!
- it's very satisfying and insanely tasty
- prepares quickly (does not take time at all)
- convenient to serve (in portions)
- you can reheat before serving (the taste of the dish will not become worse from this!)
Chances are, you cook like that too. But, if you haven't tried it, I recommend it! Relatives will definitely appreciate (and you will love it too!)
In the video below, this recipe at 07:38. You can also see 4 more delicious festive dishes there. you will definitely like it))
How to cook:
I cut and beat the meat. ANY meat (!) Will do. I have beef, but it's delicious with pork, and with chicken, and with turkey. And even without meat I tried it - it was also delicious.
I take as many pieces of meat as there are portions.
I grease a sheet of foil with a little oil. I spread the meat. Salt, add spices. Next are potato circles.
Then onion rings, mushrooms (I have champignons) and bell peppers (you can take frozen). In general, ANY vegetables (!) Are also suitable - those that you like or that are in season. Zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and even pumpkin will fit perfectly here.
For vegetables - a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (I have homemade milk), a slice of cheese and bread crumbs.
Yes, you can use yogurt or sour cream instead of mayonnaise. But then I would add a little more mustard. Rusks can be omitted. But then the cheese can stick to the foil. In order not to stick, I sprinkle at least a little.
I collect the edges of the foil to get this "pot":
I put the pots on a baking sheet and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
It turns out very tasty! Fragrant vegetables, juicy meat and broth ...
Try it!
I do not specify the ingredients - everything is to your taste here)) You can make portions of different sizes!
