In today's article I will tell you about how I tried to cook pork roll with potatoes and onions, popular in Germany. Meatloafs originally appeared in Germany, but quickly spread to the cuisines of other countries. Recently I learned that in German cafes you can almost always order a pork roll with potatoes and onions inside. Of course, I hurried to try the new product, as a result of my the pets were satisfied!

1. Chop the pork (1 kilogram) in large chunks. Pierce with a tenderizer and beat it off (if there is no tenderizer, just beat it off better). Then we cut onion (one onion), add sour cream (3 tablespoons), adjiku (3 teaspoons), salt pepper (to taste), rub on a fine grater garlic (2 cloves) and mix thoroughly. Scroll the photo to the right.

2. Put pieces of meat in the resulting mixture, mix gently and leave for 30 minutes. During this time, cut the potatoes into large slices and boil it (2 minutes after boiling). We form rolls - straighten the meat, put potatoes, add onions and fix with toothpicks. Everything is shown in the photo, scroll to the right.

3. Put the resulting rolls in baking dishes, greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with the remnants of onions on top. We put in a preheated up to 200 degrees oven for 1.5 hours. Delicious German rolls are ready! With such rolls, you don't need a side dish, served with vegetables. Liked the recipe - put your thumbs up! Scroll the photo to the right.
