Cooking method:
Prepare food, peel vegetables, rinse and dry the brisket.
Pour water into a deep saucepan, salt, add bay leaf, chopped onion, carrot, root celery and ginger, bring to a boil and put the brisket, cover and cook over medium heat 30 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into medium pieces, pour a little broth in which the brisket was cooked into a deep frying pan, add butter, sugar, vinegar and put pieces of pumpkin and artichokes, salt a little, simmer until tender pumpkins.
Pour 2-3 cups of broth into a deep frying pan, add spices for meat, put the brisket, suppress the fire and cook until all the liquid has evaporated, periodically turn the brisket over.
Serve the brisket with stewed vegetables.
