Ingredients: milk, dry yeast, sugar, salt, butter, vanillin, flour (approximately), Liezon, egg yolk, milk, poppy seeds for sprinkling, candies "Korovka"
Cooking method:
Add sugar, salt and yeast to warm milk. Let stand 5 minutes for the yeast to "activate". Pour in melted butter, add vanilla and adding flour, knead a soft dough. Cover and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes. Punch down the dough well and divide into buns.
Roll out the blanks to a slightly elongated shape. On one side, make longitudinal cuts, as shown in the photo. On the other hand put the candy. Roll up so that the cuts are on top.
Put the buns on a greased baking sheet, cover with a napkin, let stand for 10-15 minutes. Lubricate with lezon and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
