Hearty, moderately spicy pasta sauce. Both adults and children love π #saucepaste #spaghetti #for the whole family
Ingredients: Minced meat, Mushrooms, Bulb onions, Tomatoes are better mashed, Warm water, Salt, garlic, black and red pepper, Favorite seasonings for meat
Cooking method:
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden in a small amount of ghee.
Add minced meat and simmer, stirring and breaking up lumps, 7-10 minutes.
Peel the mushrooms, wash, dry and cut into slices. Add to meat, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and seasonings. (I used dry Italian herbs) Next, add the tomatoes, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
If little liquid is left at the end of the stew, add a little water and bring to a boil.
Boil the pasta as directed on the package. Put in a plate, on top of our meat and mushroom sauce. If desired, sprinkle with grated hard cheese (preferably Parmesan) or finely chopped parsley, or garnish with a leaf of basil.
