"Sunflower" salad with chicken and mushrooms

The original and bright appearance of the "Sunflower" salad will definitely attract the attention of guests, and its taste will not leave anyone indifferent. Spicy fried mushrooms, tender chicken fillet and other ingredients, laid out in layers, perfectly match each other. The salad will become the main dish, decorating any table.

Ingredients:

Fresh champignons - 200 gr.

Chicken fillet (boiled) - 200 gr.

Boiled egg - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 100 gr.

Onions - 1 pc.

Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Sugar - a pinch

Pitted olives - 100 gr.

Mayonnaise - 180 gr.

Potato chips - 50 gr.

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Salt, black pepper - to taste

How to cook:

Prepare food.

Remove the husk from the onion head, cut into cubes, fry in an oil pan until soft and light golden brown.

Cut the mushrooms into medium segments at the same time. Throw them over the onion, stir. Cook together over moderate heat for the next 3 minutes. You do not need to fry too much, the mushrooms should remain juicy and soft.

Boil chicken meat in salted water beforehand. Cooking time after boiling is 15-20 minutes. Cool the meat completely, cut into cubes, place on a flat plate - this will be the first layer of salad.

Fillet, like the following layers of salad, cover mayonnaise.

Cool the champignons and onions completely. All components must be kept cold. Form the second layer of lettuce.

Hard-boiled eggs, refrigerate. Next, remove the shell, separate the whites from the yolks. Set the latter aside for a while. Grate the proteins on a medium grater, put on the mushrooms.

Cover the eggs with grated cheese and brush with mayonnaise.

Grind the yolks with a grater. Form the top layer of the salad from them. You don't need to cover with mayonnaise sauce.

Cut the olives in half lengthwise and decorate the top of the salad with them. Allow 1 hour to soak in the refrigerator.
