Ingredients: Flour, Warm milk, Butter, Sugar, Egg, Dry yeast, Salt, Vanillin, Rust. frying oil, Glaze, Chocolate, Rust. butter, Any topping (I have coconut)
Cooking method:
In a bowl, mix eggs + sugar + yeast + butter + milk + salt + vanillin.
Gradually add flour. We knead the dough. We clean the finished dough in a warm place until it rises.
The dough has risen. It needs to be kneaded a little and divided into two parts for convenience.
Then roll out the dough into a small layer of about 2 mm. Cut out donuts. Cover with a towel on top to rise slightly.
Pour the vegetable into a deep frying pan. butter. Warm up well.
Carefully take donuts and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
For glaze, melt chocolate + rast. oil in a water bath.
