Ingredients: kefir 2.5%, dry yeast, flour, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, filling, ham, cheese, mushrooms, a small onion, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Chop the onion and mushrooms. First, fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms. Roast well. Salt, pepper.
Cut the ham into strips, grate the cheese. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180°. Mix yeast with sugar and a little warm water. Wait until they start to rise.
In a bowl, mix warm kefir. It can be heated in the microwave. Add vegetable oil, yeast and flour with salt. Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Arrange all the stuffing in the middle. On the sides we make oblique cuts. And we overlap the cake.
Lubricate the pie with yolk. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Bon Appetit))).
