Plum queen pie. Cooking just turns out to be tender tasty. The combination of baked plum with sourness and delicate fluffy cottage cheese is something incredible in taste.

Recipe:
sugar -50g
flour -200g
salt-1/4 tsp.
baking powder -10g
butter -100g
cottage cheese -250g
sugar -50g
eggs -2 pcs
plum -500g
COOKING METHOD
Put 50 grams of sugar, butter from the refrigerator 100 grams, ΒΌ tsp. salt, add 200 grams of flour and 10 grams of baking powder, now we punch everything with a blender or grind it with our hands, it should look like this chit.
We put the crumb aside, now put 250 grams of cottage cheese, 50 grams of sugar, vanillin in a blender, break 2 eggs and punch with a blender.
We take a mold from me with a diameter of 24 cm, grease with oil, put half of the crumbs, now fill in the curd filling.
Remove the stone from the plums and put it on the curd filling, sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown, navigate in your oven.
Let it cool in the form, as it cools, take it out of the form and cut it into portioned pieces. Delicate and tasty.
