Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.

I'm naive, hoping that by the summer will weigh his cherished 80 kg at least. But it was not there. Weight stood up and did not want to say goodbye to the figure 88 kg.

However, I myself had a hand, frightened for their health in the first place, and his hair, which was to pour more than usual, and consciously slightly increased kalorazh from 1100-1200 to 1300 kcal.

At the same time, I connect more physical activity. I started to run and organize many cycling.

Yesterday scales showed me 86.8 kg. I hope that the process went slowly on.

And I hope that this small plateau leading to the body to adapt to the new weight and are now less likely to gain all their dumped kgs back.

Well, today I continue my weight loss plan for 1300 kcal.

And for breakfast I have a sandwich on whole grain bread (80 g) with fish paste (50 g) under a green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast is turned on 355 kcal.

I did not forget to drink vitamins. Now I drink a vitamin B complex, vitamin E and Biotin.

After breakfast walking tour was on business and on the way back ran into the store (something I have not eaten cheese).

Home snacking rye loaf with low-fat cheese (35 g), and green tea. Under green tea all day measured out itself of 50 g of dried fruit (pear at this time). Also for the day 20 g of rye bran and 10 g cashew nuts.

Snack turned on 390 kcal (This is based on dried fruits, nuts and bran for the whole day).

I measure on the day a certain number of his plates and take them out. And more no-no!

my Lunch consisted of barley with vegetables and chicken breast (400 g) and small tomatoes. Recipe share at the end of the article.

Total lunch turned on 360 kcal.

A dinner 150 g 9% cottage cheese with 50 g of cherry -210 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1315 kcal. Rate of water drunk (30 ml per kilogram of body weight). And an evening walk a little burned calories.
