I like to cook cookies with my daughters, they knead the dough, squeeze out cookies with molds. It develops and captivates them very much. Today we prepared curd cookies "crow's feet"

Cookies " Houndstooth"

Ingredients: cottage cheese 5%, softened butter, flour, baking powder, sugar (in the dough), egg, sugar for dousing

Cooking method:

In a bowl put the cottage cheese, softened butter, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 pc. egg. We mix.

Sift flour with baking powder into the same bowl. Knead the dough with your hands, it turns out soft, almost does not stick to your hands.

Roll out the dough with sausage and cut into pieces. Roll out circles. Dip the circle with one side in sugar (sugar sticks well to the dough, you don’t need to lubricate anything), fold the circle in half, sugar inside. Again, dip one side in sugar and fold it in half with sugar inside, you get a triangle. Dip one side in sugar and place sugar side up on parchment paper. So we form "crow's feet" from the whole dough.

We put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. We take out cookies and serve from the table with tea or milk. Bon Appetit.

I don’t add oil, sugar, baking powder, or yeast to the dough: it’s enough to buy cottage cheese (cottage cheese “perinki”)
