Who for the first time on my channel?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.

So this past weekend. Somehow they always fly by quickly, and I would like to reverse.

On Saturday, we spent the whole day to rest, as the active (cycling), and seals.

But Sunday left for a trip to the shops and to the family, so got up early to have breakfast and go to the traffic jams.

For breakfast sandwiches on whole home bread (65g) with butter (about 10 g) and salted fish (45 g).

Breakfast is turned on 340 kcal.

After breakfast almost immediately went on business and shopping (Hooray! I updated the summer clothes. Springtime is now waiting for a hot look and how it usually happens - When You're Expecting - they have not come).

And on the way back we stopped by her husband's parents - time for lunch.

Here I am often asked how I eat at a party, when a bunch of harmful and high-calorie food.

But I've been, for example, carried with her mother in law. When we come she tries to cook something that will be able to eat everything, including me. Thank her very much for the kind of attention).

Bulgur for dinner (about 150 g as a finished product), chicken breast, baked under sour cream (150 g as a finished product) and vegetables.

Total lunch turned 370 kcal.

After dinner, the conversations, was black tea without sugar with Belevsky candy, also without sugar (40 g) and figs (about 45 g) - 210 kcal.

By the way, about Belevsky pastes. Today was a paste of VkusVill and packaging stated a decent amount of calories -310. A Belevsky candy sugar, had paid me in the supermarket contains almost 52 kcal per 100 g No one can be trusted!)

As you know I have not lunch weighed and grams I pointed out "by eye".

Home for dinner I had a salad with boiled egg, cucumber (160g) and radish (100g), seasoned with sour cream 10% (about 25 g).

And for tea on a sample bought candy (apricot and cherry) - 40 g

It turned out to dinner 310 kcal.

Again, candy made me doubt now that that is supposedly from fruit juice. Probably bought another manufacturer of candy fruit juice and a feeling that there is added starch (naturally this candy without labels on the market, and learn KBZHU problematic. Recorded on candy 140 kcal, focusing on the details of the application calorie counter)

Total for the day I got 1240 kcal.

But the rate of water (30 ml per kg body weight) could not drink.
