Casserole on puff pastry. Blatterteig Auflauf

Ingredients: fresh puff pastry, eggs, shrimp, Greek feta or any similar cheese, leek, cream, milk, sour cream

Cooking method:

Let's prepare the puff pastry. It should lie down a bit and warm up so that it does not break during operation.

We lay it out on the table, pressing one layer to another and cover the baking sheet. Cut off the excess, which will go to tomorrow's casserole.

My leek, cut and lay out the first layer.

Put the shrimp on the leek.

Some of the tails were removed, while others had to be removed by myself.

I added a little more, how much not for taste, but rather for beauty - Norwegian wild lax.

Crumble the feta and sprinkle our beauty.

We break the eggs, dilute with cream and milk, then decided and added another egg.

She poured our pie and cut strips from the remains, decorated them with them and baked for 40 minutes at T 180 gr C. It turns out very gently, light and easy pie-casserole. Bon Appetit!!
