Today I want to invite you to cook very tasty pie, where the main ingredient is cottage cheese, and you do not need to add flour and butter to the dough. The pie turns out to be very tasty, tender with a soft crumb and incredible aroma.

📕 Ingredients for cooking: 🍲

Cottage cheese - 800 g
Chicken eggs (large) - 4 pcs.
Corn starch - 40 g
Coconut flakes - 80 g
Condensed milk with sugar - 150 g
Vanillin - to taste

To prepare such a cake, it is better to use pasty cottage cheese, which is sold in briquettes. It is more homogeneous and moist. If your curd is grainy, you must first wipe it through a sieve or more thoroughly punch with a blender. We transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl. We divide the eggs into yolks and whites.

We send the yolks to the cottage cheese, and the proteins to a separate container. Also pour vanillin, coconut flakes and starch into a bowl with curd mass. It is better to use corn, but if it is not available, you can take potato as well.

Now add the condensed milk. I add 100 g, and the cake is moderately sweet, not sugary. If you like sweeter pastries, you can increase the rate of condensed milk to 200 g.

Thoroughly punch the contents of the bowl with a hand blender. The mass should turn out to be almost uniform and viscous, like a cream.

Beat the previously deposited proteins with a mixer until soft peaks - lush white foam.

Place the whipped egg whites in small portions on the curd and stir gently by moving the spatula from the bottom up. The finished "dough" will turn out to be airy, very tender, but rather thick.

Transfer the prepared dough to any suitable baking dish, level the top. If the mold is metal, cover the bottom with parchment, and grease the sides with cold butter. If desired, sprinkle the top of the casserole with almond flakes or crushed almonds for an even better taste. Although without this, the pie is very tasty ...
