The Australian beetroot burger is a very popular and favorite dish among Australians. Burgers have appeared in Australia for a long time and the standard ingredients have become boring to Australians. Therefore, they began to experiment with products and so they built their own branded burger with pickled beets! The principle of preparing such a burger is basically standard, like the preparation of any classic! It differs from other standard burgers only in the variety of ingredients and in the fact that they put pieces of beets, canned pineapple and a fried egg on a well-fried beef patty. Sounds unusual, doesn't it? However, it turns out much tastier than usual. The beetroot adds a tangy flavor to the burger. Pineapple goes well with fried onions, bacon and patty. And the egg makes the dish satisfying.
Ingredients: Minced beef, Chicken eggs, Onion, Tomato sauce, Hard cheese, Buns for burgers, canned pineapple, bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomato, canned beetroot, Salt and pepper
Cooking method:
We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
If you do not have ready-made pickled beets, you can cook. We cut the boiled beets into thin slices and pour them with wine vinegar, marinate for 15 minutes. Slice the tomato into thin circles.
Alternately fry the bacon, onion in half rings, eggs (fried eggs). We cut the buns and dry each half in a pan. We form flat cutlets, fry, immediately put a slice of cheese to melt.
Let's start making burgers! We put a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of beets, fried onions on a bun, a cutlet on top of which there is already cheese. Then a piece of bacon, pineapple and cover this abundance with a fried egg. Sprinkle all the beauty with sauce and cover with the second part of the bun. Bon Appetit!
