Ingredients: pork, For sauce: onion, garlic, tomato juice, small chili pepper, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
To prepare the sauce, chop the onion, garlic and chili pepper (I chop all the ingredients with a blender. Onion (if chopped) simmer over low heat until transparent. Add garlic, pepper, tomato juice, salt. Simmer until reduced in volume.
Meat (I take the ribs, neck), rinse, dry and cut into portions. Pour in half of the sauce and marinate for at least two hours. I usually do at night. The longer the meat marinates, the tastier it will be.
Then fry on the grill, in the process of frying, grease with sauce several times and turn over.
If frying in a pan, then heat a small amount of vegetable oil, put the meat, fry over medium heat, turning over several times. You can sprinkle almost cooked meat with a little liquid smoke, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
