This recipe is sure to become a staple in your family favorites!
Ingredients: flour, kefir, eggs, baking powder, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, Stuffing, Minced meat, Onion, Cabbage, Salt, pepper, seasonings, Sesame for sprinkling
Cooking method:
Beat 4 eggs and 1 protein with salt and sugar, add kefir, beat again. Sift flour and mix with baking powder, add to the liquid mass. Mix well until smooth, add vegetable oil and mix again. Leave the dough for 5-10 minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage and onion, and fry in a pan with a little oil. Next, add minced meat (I have pork), salt, pepper and seasonings to taste, mix well with cabbage and fry until cooked, all the liquid should evaporate.
Grease the form with oil, you can cover it with parchment. Pour in half of the dough, spread evenly over the bottom of the mold.
Gently spread the cooled filling in an even layer so that it does not fall on the edges of the dough.
Pour the remaining batter on top, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
The pie is very tasty and juicy. On top is a thin crispy crust, under it is dough, porous, soft and... Mmmm juicy stuffing.
